Yes -- MoPo is free to use, with an optional MoPo+ subscription ($5.99/mo) that removes a few caps: unlimited daily Scout searches instead of 3/day, unlimited saved Local Insider lists instead of 5, unlimited active Wallet punch cards instead of 3, access to the Local Perks messages inbox and birthday deals, and an exclusive badge. Core features -- Local Passport, Favorites, and student/senior discounts -- are the same on both.

Scout is MoPo's randomizer -- tell it your vibe and it picks somewhere new for you, instead of you scrolling the same handful of results every time.

A Local Insider is a real person -- an influencer, community account, or local guide -- who curates recommendation lists for the area they know best. You can browse Local Insiders by state, and apply to become one yourself.

Business owners can claim or create their listing from the MoPo dashboard, add photos, hours, and offerings, and choose from a few plan tiers depending on which tools they want. See the Business page for details.
